Web content is the textual, visual, or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience onwebsites. It may include—among other things—text, images, sounds, videos, and animations.

a. Website terms of use

Website terms and conditions may perform a number of different roles. They may be used to satisfy legal disclosure obligations, to grant users rights to use website materials, to impose acceptable use obligations, to limit (or attempt to limit) warranties and disclaim (or attempt to disclaim) liabilities, and more generally to structure the legal relationships between the website operator and users.

b. Website privacy policy

A privacy policy is a statement or a legal document (in privacy law) that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data. It fulfills a legal requirement to protect a customer or client's privacy.
